Dauntless has a record of success in acquiring and creating value in partnership with management. We have invested in private and public companies to support growth or to create liquidity and in other cases to support a recapitalisation or management buyout. We have acquired well-run companies with strong management in place but have been equally comfortable with rolling up our sleeves in "special situations", restructurings and turnarounds.
